Refund and Cancellation Policy

Naxus provides custom business services such as web development, design, product photography, branding, consulting, and digital services.

Because these services are customized, cancellation and refund terms depend on the confirmed scope and stage of work.

Project Cancellation

A client may request cancellation by emailing hello@naxus.in. Work completed, time spent, third-party costs, booked studio time, purchased assets, and non-refundable vendor charges may be deducted before any refund is considered.

Advance Payments

Advance payments reserve time, resources, and production capacity. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advance payments are adjustable against work performed and may not be fully refundable once work has started.

Product Photography Bookings

Product photography bookings may involve studio preparation, equipment, props, staffing, logistics, and scheduling. Rescheduling or cancellation must be requested as early as possible. Costs already incurred for the shoot may be charged to the client.

Completed Work

Fees paid for completed milestones, approved deliverables, delivered files, live deployments, or completed consulting sessions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, we will process it through the original or mutually agreed payment method within a reasonable timeline, subject to banking and payment provider processing times.
