This includes design, web development, product photography, digital marketing, consulting, and related business services.

Use of the Website

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us for legitimate business inquiries. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, or use the website for unlawful activity.

Service Engagements

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, approvals, and payment terms are confirmed separately through a proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, email confirmation, or written agreement. Any estimate shared before final scoping is non-binding until confirmed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required approvals, brand assets, product samples, content, access credentials, and feedback on time. Delays in client inputs may affect timelines.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final paid deliverables are licensed or transferred to the client after full payment. Naxus may retain rights to concepts, drafts, internal tools, source methods, reusable components, and portfolio presentation of completed work, unless confidentiality terms prohibit it.

Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domains, payment gateways, analytics, social platforms, Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, email providers, plugins, or software tools. Their terms and policies apply independently.

No Guarantee of Platform Approval

We may help prepare websites, content, or technical setup for platform reviews. However, approvals by Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, Google, social networks, payment providers, marketplaces, or other third parties are at the discretion of those platforms and are not guaranteed by Naxus.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naxus is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, reputation, or platform access.
